You took as much time as needed to make sure you investigated each issue you found and I never felt rushed. There was an added side benefit of the inspection which was that the owner could see the issues and believed it more coming from you than if I had said this or that was needing repair. You found quite a few things I missed on my first look over the vehicle. You were also very close on the estimated costs to repair the items we found.

I feel that because of your information and the fact the owner saw you doing all the things and how you went over them with both of us, that it helped me get the price much lower than I would have offered if not for you.
